Terms and Conditions – 88fdcom Pakistan Online Betting Platform

By accessing or using the 88fdcom platform in any way — including browsing, registering, depositing, betting, or playing games — you are entering into a legally binding agreement with 88fdcom on the basis of these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the same agreement.

Your continued use of 88fdcom after any changes to these terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notice where reasonably possible.

If eligibility criteria are found to be unmet after registration, the account will be closed and any outstanding balance will be returned to the player through the original payment method, subject to verification.

Each player may hold only one account on 88fdcom. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery function or contact support. Do not create a second account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is a violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Your 88fdcom account balance is held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and represents funds available for betting or withdrawal. Account balances do not earn interest. 88fdcom does not act as a bank or financial institution and your account balance is not a deposit product.

All financial transactions on 88fdcom are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88fdcom does not accept foreign currency deposits or make international wire transfers. The following payment methods are supported:

• Confirmed bets are final. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued by 88fdcom, the bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the player unless a Cash Out option is available and exercised before the qualifying event concludes.
• Void bets: A bet will be declared void (stakes returned) if the event is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or cannot be completed for reasons beyond the control of the participants. • In-play betting: 88fdcom offers live in-play markets on most sports and esports events. In-play odds are subject to rapid change. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Accumulators: Accumulator bets are subject to the standard individual selection rules. If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that selection was not included.

• Arbitrage and syndicate betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors, coordination with other accounts to place correlated bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or any form of organised syndicate betting that is designed to undermine 88fdcom's commercial margins.
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, false identities, shared payment methods, or any other mechanism to claim bonuses more than once or in ways not intended by 88fdcom promotion terms.
• Money laundering: Using 88fdcom as a vehicle to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising their origin. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment reversals or chargebacks on deposits made to 88fdcom. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended immediately and funds owed recovered through all available means.

88fdcom reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if:

• A player has failed to cooperate with identity verification or responsible gaming checks.
• Continued account operation is reasonably believed to constitute a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 88fdcom.

Where an account is terminated for a material breach of these terms, 88fdcom reserves the right to retain the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining balance (minus settled bets) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
